As the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo enters its final month, a new and highly anticipated exclusive item has been announced for the event’s official store.
A collaboration figure between the popular designer art toy, LABUBU, and the official Expo mascot, MYAKU-MYAKU, will soon be available for fans of POP MART’s collectible toys to try and get their hands on.

LABUBU is a massively popular character created by the Hong Kong artist Kasing Lung, a monster with distinctive rabbit ears that has become a global phenomenon in the art toy scene.

This new, exclusive figure depicts LABUBU dressed up as the unique, water-and-cell-themed Expo mascot, MYAKU-MYAKU, and it comes with a themed strap.
Due to the extremely high demand expected for this item, it will be sold exclusively through a daily, in-person lottery system at the venue.

To enter the lottery, visitors must go to the Official Store at the East Gate of the Expo, operated by the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on any day during the sales period.

There, they must scan a special QR code with their smartphone and apply for the lottery using a LINE account.

The lottery results will be announced at 1:30 PM on the same day, and winners will be called to the store in numerical order starting from 2:00 PM.
Winners must line up to purchase the item within three hours of being called, or their win will be invalidated.

This exclusive figure is the headline item of a final wave of new merchandise for the Expo, which also includes a large lineup of new T-shirts from collaborations with a number of popular contemporary artists, including Hime and Daichi Miura.

The “LABUBU MYAKU-MYAKU Strap Figure” is priced at ¥4,400 (approx. $30 USD/£22 GBP).
The daily lottery for the chance to purchase the figure will be held from Wednesday, the 1st of October, to Saturday, the 11th of October, 2025.
