It seems everyone and their mother has jumped on the fashion charms bandwagon, and not one to miss a beat, Loewe has entered the chat.
Between Labubus and their counterfeit cousins, Lafufus, Sonny Angels, Jellycats, the list goes on… some might argue that the market for these inanimate furry little friends is already saturated.
But alas, if the demand is there, so must the supply be, and Loewe has unveiled its new Puzz collection. While they’re significantly less evil-looking than a Labubu monster, they’re out to break the bank.
Loewe’s Puzz collection launched at the beginning of June, just weeks after the departure of Irish creative director Jonathan Anderson, to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the brand’s Puzzle bag.
There are 20 limited-edition charms available, and they range in price between €500 and €600!

There’s no way you’ll catch us casually dropping €600 on a tiny keychain, but we do think the characters are little cuties.
Each Puzz character is inspired by a re-edition bag. Our personal favourites are Rosita, a little rose figure inspired by the Puzzle 10 Mackintosh re-edition bag, and Plumeria, a charm with funky-looking eyes inspired by the Puzzle 10 Plumeria re-edition bag.

Honestly, we thought we were bats**t, but then we read what fashion lovers had to say about these ‘lil guys, and they’re unanimous in thinking they’re totally adorable.
‘1000x better than the Labubu,’ someone wrote, as another penned: ‘Not into any designer stuff, [but] suddenly I want all of this.’

‘How are these sooo cuteee,’ another commented, as someone else gushed: ‘I can’t express how cute these are and how happy they make me.’
While they’re not necessarily worth their weight in gold, it has to be said that they’re crafted from good quality materials- calfskin and acetate with a calfskin strap.
Each charm also boasts a dice with the Loewe anagram etched into it. Now, if we could only scrounge a spare €12,000, then we’d be able to build a little army of Puzz pals.
